Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

A 20-minute walk from the village by a bucolic path, along the Vélodysssée (Canal de Nantes à Brest) and the Régalante, this former artist's studio with views of the Plains of Mazerolles, is completely renovated and newly equipped. Ideal for a break during a business trip/weekend by the water! 30 minutes from the center of Nantes by tram train, independent accommodation, quiet at the end of a secure private driveway, possibility to park your car and bike with peace of mind.

We welcome you to this comfortable cottage, located in a green setting, at the crossroads of the paths of the Velodyssée and the Régalante and a few minutes walk from the Erdre and the small port of La Guillonnière. The shops and port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are 4 minutes away by car, and Nantes is 25 minutes away by tram. On the garden level of a Nantes house, you can relax on the terrace or by the pool. Parking and a bike shelter are at your disposal.

Maison organique

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

L'Escale au Côteau

Type 2 new housing of 40m2 in a very quiet impasse. You will have a beautiful living room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person and a kitchenette. A bedroom with 1 bed of 160 adjoining the bathroom. A toilet/lingerie corner with washing machine. We provide you with a tumble dryer. Its high ceilings in all rooms give it a particular charm and a very great brightness. Linens, towels and bed linen are provided .

In a green and peaceful setting, this 260 m2 stone farmhouse will seduce you. Close to the Erdre (300 m walk), you can also have picnics on the Mazerolle plain. Perfect for gathering your family or friends, you will enjoy the 3000 m2 of land without neighbours, terraces, green spaces, petanque and ping-pong table. 5.3 m semi-rigid boat rental on the Erdre for an additional fee.

Welcome to L’Escapade du Crézou, former dependency with authentic charm, once a bread oven, fully restored to offer you a real bucolic break in the heart of the countryside. We welcome you to this cozy cottage, ideal for a family or small group of friends up to 4 people (and an additional child, baby equipment possible on request), looking for the outdoors and conviviality.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)

The house is located in Sucé-sur-Erdre in a charming small subdivision on the edge of a "Les Voiettes" hiking trail. On the ground floor of the house, a kitchen, a back kitchen, a living room, toilet, a bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, toilet, bathroom. Guests can enjoy the garden, terrace and garden furniture.
