Adrienne‘s place was great for what we needed, which was a spot to settle for two nights while on a road trip. Adrienne and Justin were so friendly and even let my kids feed the goats while we were there. The interior of the home was exactly as the photos show! The exterior of the home did not have a great usable space for kids to run, which is what I was most eager for. The backyard had a very steep incline that went down to a basement access, and we could not have the toddler running around without being on top of him. It was also very close to the road so being out front wasn’t an option either. Overall the house was not very “kid friendly” for a child under the age of three. The location was great as we were only 20 minutes from Johnson City, which had wonderful restaurants and things to do.

Rich & Coco are awesome! Second time we stayed, needed another day were supper accommodating. Just moved down here from Minnesota, helped us tremendously. Dave &Joan

I’m almost at a loss for words, because I have so many great things to say. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and Barbara and Jim were the greatest hosts. There were so many small details about the space that made it feel like Home. We will absolutely be back again soon, can’t recommend staying here enough!!
