Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

The Anna apartment offers a combined kitchen/living room with dishwasher, a living room with sofa bed and TV, free Wi-Fi, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Linens and towels are provided, as are car parking spaces. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. The soccer field and playground are just around the corner. We have a beautiful view of the Rhine Valley.
