You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for hiking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful bathing lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural events. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached, and undisturbed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.

Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.
