We just stayed again with our dogs. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are clean, spacious and well-designed. We will definitely stay again!

A wonderful place for anyone wanting to go to Universal Studios Japan! My family and I had a great house all to ourselves with clean rooms (even a Japanese tatami room if you've always wanted to try that out), all equipped with their own air conditioner, comfy beds and lots of space. We had a spotless kitchen with a large fridge (that had a few free drinks!) and a cozy living room. The property is also close to a train station for easy commuting. Only thing to note is that 1) the walk to Universal is about 20 minutes (it's a flat walk, but it can be tiring) and 2) the stairway is quite steep and narrow - not an issue for us, but something you'll need to keep in mind if you have slight mobility issues (e.g. need to use a cane, have a wider body frame). TL;DR - would recommend this place to anyone and everyone wanting to check out Osaka and Universal Studios Japan!

They welcomed me at check-in and carefully explained the room. They also fulfilled our requests during our stay. The living room was spacious and the top floor room had a view of Kobe Port, so I enjoyed the view both day and night. Most importantly, I chose it because it was near my relative's house.

It was very convenient for sightseeing to USJ and the Expo. Communication was also smooth. It was clean, but the building was old and felt a little cold even at the end of April.However, it was no problem because the heating can be turned on.

Place was super clean. Very quiet location and close to Airport.

As soon as we arrived at the inn, our children played in the large garden.The kids loved the handmade swing. We enjoyed fishing, both adults and children.My daughter, who doesn't usually eat fish, also caught herself and ate the fresh fish baked in barbeque, said it was "delicious." The pizza baked in the kiln was in a variety of shapes and ingredients depending on the children, but it was delicious and very cool when the children were concentrated and baked.Thank you for your valuable experience. The creek in front of me was too cold in early May, but it was very beautiful, and in June it looked like fireflies would fly, so it was private. I would also like to see fireflies in the space.The creek was able to play with peace of mind under parental supervision without depth. In Osaka, where I now live, I didn't have a chance to do fireworks, and I enjoyed the children, adults, and slowly. Tell the kids every day, "Be quiet!!Hurry!! It was the best in everything. It looks like something went wrong with check-in, but they responded right away. There was no opinion about the room or service, and it was too stylish in everything. We're already planning to stay for a consecutive night.
