Tutti gli ambienti si affacciano su un incantevole terrazzo privato, arredato con due lettini e un tavolo ideale per la colazione all'aperto. L'appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile tramite un breve vialetto pedonale con gradini. La spiaggia pubblica e i parcheggi sono a soli 50 metri di distanza.

Located on the first floor of a two-family house, in a quiet position in the historic center of Suna, among the characteristic cobbled streets. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, beaches. There are paid and free parking lots nearby, as well as charging stations for electric cars. A 5-minute walk away, ample free parking (used-market area). Walking along the lake you embark for trips on the lake.
