Monthly Rentals in Sunderland Bay

This is a nice, well maintained, well stocked house. Nothing to fault.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, very comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. We felt safe and at home throughout our time here. Our whole family and friends absolutely loved the place—everyone was so happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this stay, and we’d love to come back again!

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Jess's place is perfectly situated and exudes warmth and comfort. Despite the absence of a TV, my kids never once complained—they were too busy enjoying every moment of our stay! Strolling to the beach, watching breathtaking sunsets and sunrises—it truly feels like a slice of paradise.
