This place was amazing! Came to the area to volunteer after hurricane helene so was coming to the area with a large truck and equipment sparked lots of questions. Julie and Karl answered them fast and very detailed. For the record 50’ of truck and trailer fit easily in the driveway! The place was clean as a whistle and very homey. Everything that I could have possibly needed was there. I don’t know what the queen bed was made of but if I had the time I could have slept for days! Beautiful sunrise staring out at the mountains. Wonderful place and wonderful people. Definitely will be back!

Excellent stay in a unique home! Set in the woods, this one room home is a unique experience. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a convenient location near Black Mountain and Asheville. I highly recommend staying.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. it was a quiet peaceful natural paradise, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. The very lovely living space had everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were also a delight to visit with briefly. they have worked very hard for many years to make their home a place of beauty and comfort. I hope we can come back sometime.
