The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Nearby are grocery stores (60m), bakery, post office, pharmacy, tennis courts, wellness.

If you are looking for a place where you are close to everywhere, you have come to the perfect place. Villa Alpina is located in the very center of Szklarska Poręba, very close to the ski lift to Szrenica (5 minutes on foot), Netto shop (5 minutes), children's slopes (2 minutes). From the windows there is a view of Szrenica. Each room has a bathroom and a kitchenette. You will find balconies on every floor except the attic rooms. Around the building we have parking spaces, which is quite a phenomenon!
