The APPI Snow Mountain Resort area has shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, and there is also a supermarket about 20 minutes away by car. Iwate. Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. This is a small, newly built house that can accommodate up to 3 people. * Please note that Halcoya Hanare does not currently have WiFi.

Welcome to Room Third floor　3005 at Himes MD! It is a 6-minute drive from Morioka Station. If you take the bus, it is a 1-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, Izumiyashiki, from Morioka Station. This room can accommodate up to 5 people. One free parking space is available. There are many restaurants and tourist spots nearby, as well as Morioka Central Park, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Check-in is from 15:00 Check-out is by 10:00 am

Share Village Machimura

This is an old thatched house built in 143 years ago. The family that has lived in the house for generations has protected it, but it was planned to be demolished because of the financial issues in 2014. In order to preserve the original landscape of the satoyama for the next generation, we revitalize the house as a membership guest house. However, the activities were stopped due to the pandemic. In June 2024 we reopened the house as a private accommodation place (rental vacation house).

和風の一軒家を貸切できます。 洗面所、トイレは改装済みなのできれいです。台所とダイニングは洋風で使いやすくなっております。お食事は提供できませんが、調理器具と食器が揃っておりますので近くのスーパーマーケットで食材を買って自炊もできます。 北上駅から車で10分、東北自動車道北上江釣子ICから10分、花巻空港まで25分ほどでアクセス良好です。スーパーマーケット、コンビニ、ホームセンターは車で5分以内の圏内にあります。
