There is no additional charge for up to 4 people. It will be a private stay, but I have a host living nearby, so I am running whenever I have trouble. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
