Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Takashima

Was such a cool accomodation, especially the out door area!! Loved the furniture and everything about my stay in Kyoto.

如果是有小朋友的家庭會非常推薦這裏喔！！我們這次是一家三代一起入住，非常舒服乾淨又寬敞，真的很享受，廚房設備非常完善，如果可以的話建議傍晚前就可以入住好好體驗，一樓和二樓都有廁所可以使用，非常方便，門口的草皮區域可以給小小朋友玩很安全，下次來一定會繼續選擇這家民宿，值的推薦的好地方！！

A very spacious and affordable place in a nice traditional style house. The hosts were really helpful especially in sourcing a cot for us ASAP when we discovered there wasn’t one (an airbnb translation issue, not their fault). It’s a good base to explore from by car but the immediate area doesn’t have much open outside of the summer (except for an excellent tiny Taiwanese place right round the corner!)

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Everything was exactly as described. Like other reviews, the design and style was beautiful with traditional minimalist features but modern with high-end updates like heated floors and a Nespresso machine. It was very comfortable for our group of 5, 2 couples and an almost teenager. Location - It was very easy to find with the host instructions and conveniently located near a subway stop and buses. The neighborhood was charming and quiet given it was a few blocks away from a main street. There was lots in walking distance such as a grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shop. You can also walk about 20 minutes to main shopping area. Home - The home was very clean and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the modern amenities including a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and even wine glasses. Check-in and out was very easy with good communication with Kazuya.

一戶建的旅居空間很大而且温馨舒適。入住當天我們很晚才到達（晚上10時多才到）但沒想到旅居主人還在等待我們，而且為我們搬行李及打傘，介紹屋內設施。旅居內一應俱全，還有小孩玩具及圖書，還提供很多旅居附近的購物及飲食資訊，寢室很舒適並備有充電插頭，樓梯還裝有小夜燈方便夜間下樓，而且有防滑地毯，洗手間內有毛巾抹手。亦有車位方便自駕人士。意想不到的是竟然有歡迎入住的信，真的非常貼心。性價比非常高，非常適合一家大小，有機會會再次入住，亦會給推介打算造訪大阪的親友。離開時旅居主人夫婦還親自相送！

The place was fantastic, clearly a lot of care & consideration has gone into it. The location is great, just a few mins walk from central Kyoto. Check in was seamless, communication was great, nothing too much bother. Highly recommend

Nice, clean and quiet apartment. Near some bus stops for various lines, useful for exploring Kyoto. There are also several restaurants and a Lawson not too far from the apartment. Jun is friendly and reactive if any help is needed. We enjoyed our stay :)

清潔で広く家具も充実しており、非常に寛ぎやすい部屋でした。 部屋内から直接行けるBBQルームもプライベートな空間で利用しやすく、友人達と充実した時間を過ごせました。

This place was super easy to get to and in a great location to explore Osaka, with three different train lines just a short walk away — making it the perfect base during our stay. While being close to the train lines meant it wasn’t the quietest spot, it was a fair trade-off for the convenience. The apartment itself was neat, tidy, and well-kept. Cat was lovely to speak with and made checking in and out incredibly easy. With some unique restaurants and bars nearby, even the walk home after a big day out was something to enjoy.

Gros coup de coeur pour le logement de Sumi. Très confortable et situé dans un joli quartier tranquille à distance de marche des temples et des quartiers populaires. Sumi est une hôte exceptionnelle qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a donné des renseignements précieux sur les lieux et les restaurants à proximité. Séjour parfait, nous recommandons.

this place had more traditional Japanese furnishings (tatami mats, futons) which we really liked. The futon's firmness took some getting used to (which I hear is better for you), but a great opportunity to experience this for our first time. great location which was walkable to the main city streets and some attractions. felt a lot more spacious than our Tokyo AirBnb too. would definitely stay here again.

We just loved staying at Sumi's place, it was nice and cosy. Everything tidy, we'll organized and with instructions in English so it was perfect for us who don't speak Japanese. She was attentive and took care of us all the time. It's well located and it's close to almost all touristic areas. We felt like home and recommend it 100% ❤️

Sumi a été une hôte formidable. Elle nous a donné des instructions claires pour se rendre, nous attendait dehors à notre arrivée et était disponible si nous avions des questions. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et correspond aux photos. À quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs temples et de restaurants. Je recommande ce logement dans hésiter!

Ken was on of the most accommodating, friendly and helpful hosts we have met. In addition to the basics amenities, we enjoyed having a deck off the back of our unit with a table and chairs. We loved having breakfast outside while watching the birds over the river. We had easy access to the walking and biking paths on both sides of the river as well as many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the location. Even though we were traveling during Golden Week, it was quiet at night and not crowded in the vicinity. Ken helped make our first trip to Kyoto (and Japan) a joy!

Beautiful location, walkable to main attractions. All areas were very clean and maintained. Hosts were super friendly and attentive. Great overall!

May was very helpful from booking to checking in and was very responsive. The apartment was spotless, clean and felt very homely. Was great location and close to everything.

The cleanest apartment you could think of, great position, walking distance to anything and great restaurant right next door! Will definitely try to book again if back in Kyoto.

Lovely place to stay - clean, big, and very well equipped!

Nicely designed building. Room is tight but cozy. Toilet has heater which is extremely useful in winter. Need to walk a fair distance to the closest train stations.

This accommodation is perfectly located, walking distance from Kyoto station. plenty of food and drinks in the area. plenty of space in the apartment for a little family.
