Vacation rentals with a patio in Talca

Apartment cozy, bien locication. It had everything you need to spend several days, a quiet sector, with a supermarket and nearby places. Oscar is a very good host, always attentive and responds very quickly, I would come back.

The apartment is in a new building well equipped, clean, organized and has all the utensils to be able to cook. It's quite bright, quiet and temperate. Even though it was cold outside and was raining, the night in the apartment was warm because it has a thermo panel. The sector is very good. Located on main avenue, but within a private enclosure. It has parking and concierge on access to this one. I chose it by being steps away from the University (you just had to look for the traffic light and cross). It takes 6 minutes. I would definitely pick it again if I have to go back to Talca. Communication with the host was always very friendly.

Very good accommodation and the owner with great willingness and kindness. The clear instructions and the apartment is very comfortable, including the concierge with excellent and friendly disposition.

It's a great neighborhood. It consists of detached houses with new structures. Nice garden at the back. Enough chairs and 2 tables to accommodate even guests. There is also a BBQ in the backyard. There is a parking lot for 1 car at the front entrance of the house. Rooms are quite sufficient, wardrobe, hangers. There were 2 shower towels, 2 hair/hand towels per person. In short, the house meets your needs in many things. It had sufficient cleaning. The only thing missing is a dishwasher. Alvaro was very helpful. He answered very quickly whenever I asked a question. We left very satisfied. Thank you so much.

Both Sandra and her son were very friendly and helpful . We had an inconvenience with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved. The apartment is very comfortable.

Very well located apartment eight blocks from the main shops (Falabella, Ripley), from its balcony you can appreciate a nice view of the city while enjoying the stay, excellent attention and predisposition of Claudio.
