CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. The 2.5-room vacation apartment located in the village center of Lenzerheide, with approximately 70 m², is situated on the ground floor of the very quiet building section 6 of Hotel Schweizerhof, with direct access to wellness facilities, underground parking, and direct exit to the cross-country ski trail. The location of the apartment is ideal due to the short distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as the hotel's own swimming pool and wellness area of Hotel Schweizerhof.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

Cosy part of the house (normally 2 bedrooms, from 7 persons 3 bedrooms or on request) in a renovated knitted building, with a fantastic view of the Glarus Alps. The car-free Braunwald impresses in all seasons with a wide range of activities and is ideal for families: skiing, sledging, cross-country skiing, hiking, relaxing in the nearby spa or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool, the sports center with tennis court, playground, Zwergenweg, a small supermarket and the bus stop is right around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station)
