15 years of experience I share skills from farm-to-table and Michelin-starred restaurants. I studied at the International Culinary Center in New York. I worked at one of the most globally esteemed restaurants in 2013 and 2015 “ Celler De Can Roca”. Continuously working and honing my skills and finding my identity in the kitchen, I started to embrace my culture and bringing new flavors from Latin America and Asian Cuisine. I hope that my food brings a lot of joy and a genuine memorie.
