Spacious semi-detached apartment offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies.

Sauna cottage by the lake in Lempäälä

The sauna cottage is located on the shore of Iso-Kyynäröjärvi in Lempäälä, 15 minutes from Tampere. The cottage has a small kitchen, running water, electric heating, an indoor toilet, and a wood sauna. Warm up the sauna and take a dip, a lot for an additional fee (the renter heats the tub). Rowing boat, grill, and fire pit in use. The cottage is located in the yard of a single-family home. 2 sleeping places on a sofa bed, 2 lofts (the loft is not suitable for people with limited mobility or small children).

Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping space, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.
