Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Ranta-Tampella is a new neighbourhood between the center of Tampere and Lake Näsijärvi. City centre is at a walking distance and lake Näsijärvi is just next to the door. The apartment has lake views and the balcony overlooks the sunset. The building was constructed in 2019 and the apartment has been upgraded to the hotel suite look. A private parking garage is included in the accommodation. Check-in is easy with the door code.

Clean and comfortable flat in the city center. All main activities and services are in a close vicinity. We don't store our personal items in this apartment. Siisti ja viihtyisä kaksio aivan kaupungin ytimessä. Mm. Laukontori, kauppahalli ja Ratinan stadion ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä.
