Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

We had a great week! The views are fantastic!

We spent 6 days in Silvia’s apartment, and she made us feel very welcome. She even had some toys for the kids (4 and 6) and offered to bring more when we had a couple of rainy days. The place was very clean and had two nice private areas outside. Very central, but still a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is small but has all the basics. Silvia had great tips for restaurants and activities and was a great host. We loved our stay!

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

We spent 3 really pleasant days in this apartment, perfect for a holiday with a toddler. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and located in a very convenient location: very close to the promenade for walks, but also the center can be easily reached on foot. The parking and garage were super convenient: you can park upon arrival and forget about the car, because everything is at your fingertips : restaurants, shops, amenities. A special thank you to Gabriele, accurate, kind and always available to answer all my questions. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I'd be happy to come back to.

The apartment is just the right size has everything you need. Not having AC is no problem as it has fans and an outdoor patio that is shaded most of the day. There are insect screens on the windows so we could have the windows open overnight. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The shower is a bit dimmed to use, but to take a normal shower. The sea is very close as well as many restaurants, shop and bakery. The city center is 10 minutes away by bus that goes very often. Overall we had a great time.

Very comfortable apartment to walk to the center and the beach, a few meters from the train station in a quiet area. We found exceptional cleanliness in both the rooms and the linens of the rooms and the bathroom. There's a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The host Nicole was friendly and kind since booking and made herself available throughout the stay, which was very pleasant

The stay at Mario's place was very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that there was the possibility of a really flexible check-in and check-out and also the excellent communication. Really recommended apartment in a beautiful area for mountain walks.

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

Apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood, sea and downtown reachable with a ride of about 10 minutes thanks to the bicycles provided by the host (on request also child seats of different sizes); we also reached the Aquafan by bike. Cleanliness and presence of all the necessary services, equipped kitchen to prepare daily meals. Very useful living and sleeping air conditioning in times of great heat. Traveling with a small child accustomed to sleeping alone was perfect that the living area and sleeping area were well divided so we could allow us to put the child to sleep and then live the evening in tranquility without disturbing it. Excellent availability of the washing machine, with also the detergent if you want. To bring toiletries. Maurizio is a very helpful and affable host who also gives advice on activities to do in the city and on the characteristics of the sea and beaches. We would have stopped again!

We had the loveliest time at Sophie’s (and George’s) apartment in Rimbocchi. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, tucked away in the casentine mountains - all in all perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. Lots of beautiful hiking routes just a stone’s throw away. Plus: a little bakery, renowned in the area, just across the street = fresh bread every morning :) we enjoyed every minute in Rimbocchi. Thanks so much - we will be back!

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

we stayed for the May 1st bridge, a very nice apartment recently renovated with two rooms practically on the sea, clean and comfortable. Kind host and responsive in requests, definitely to be recommended

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
