“We had a great time at Shear-Vue. This is a perfect place for kids which makes it relaxing for parents! We especially appreciated Julie and Tony's hospitality and the extra special touches to make us feel welcome. Our son absolutely loved the farm tour. Our only regret was not staying longer. The cottage is well set up and very clean which was lovely. Thank you so much!”

“This is the perfect stopover between Queenstown and Christchurch. Awesome location, very close to Fairlie but a short, easy drive to Tekapo. Although it's a shared property, it still felt very private and would be great for stargazing on a clear night. There were some lovely, thoughtful touches that were thoroughly appreciated. We were very surprised by the breakfast and it was mega! The shower was AWESOME and the bed was super comfy. Though there are no cooking facilities, it doesn't really detract from the space itself. The host themselves are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Took a lot of stress out of our return trip. Thank you very much Roland and Anj, we hope to come back again. Awhina & Tom”
