The Location and the Landscape is very nice, everything is in perfect condition. The house looks very well cared for as well as the swimming pool and the garden, EVERYTHING, just keep in mind that it is close to the tepozteco and there are many insects, we got 2 mini alacranes, but it is understandable by the area in which it is located, in general everything was very good. Recommended

An excellent place to spend a family weekend, a pool with good depth, a quiet area with many shops nearby and good communication with Amparo who was always attentive.

The place in Camelot was very nice. Likewise Laura's flexibility in terms of checkout time and with one of the rules, nos came perfect. Regarding the pool, we don't need to turn on the boiler as the water was perfect with the heat it felt. As mentioned in several reviews, the super equipped kitchen, the 85”screen is very good, the location is excellent, everything super close (Oxxo, pharmacies San Pablo, Ahorro, Guadalajara, Walmart, cinemas, restaurants). By the person in charge of maintenance, Angelica, the willingness to help us change a fire that began to twinkle and pull a lizard out of the room, it was adequate, the next day. As a recommendation for the following guests, take plaquitas antimoscos.

I want to start out by saying Gabriel was absolutely amazing. He was the one we communicated with when we needed help. Right off the bat he was understanding as we ran late getting from MX airport to Cuernavaca. We truly appreciated having someone like Gabriel there to help us. He was responsive professional & friendly. He's a big reason we hope to rebook. Every part of this house was beautiful. Truly an architectural masterpiece. We used 3 rooms in total. We slept in the master and 2nd room upstairs and found it easier to shower in the bottom bathroom. The weather in Cuernavaca was hot during our week stay so we were very glad to have the portable fans and the pool there. The balcony was a great place to relax. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Things I'd recommend bringing: Mosquito repellent and trash bags There was a lot of mosquitos during the evening There's a store nearby where you can by most essential items Thank you so much for everything, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Good experience and very friendly people in charge, recommended place! There are shops nearby, but they can go for an accessible cost to buy some things that are needed, it was quite helpful. We hope to come back soon!

The house is bigger and nicer in person, the pool is ideal for nailing, as half is deep and the other half is ideal for resting as it is less deep. It has a lot of space for several people and is very comfortable, it is very clean. Hans's attention was excellent, very kind to receive us at the accommodation. Great place to stay!!

The place is very quiet, no noise was heard, it had a very nice view is very large the garden and pool. A very nice place to rest. The pool is very cold this season it does not have a heater but I guess in temperate spring summer would be in point of the pool. Agustín very kind.

This home, just better than we expected! Even though we were a very large group and it could have been tricky to manage, the house staff and the host took care of us and resolved any situation in a great way! The best service for truth! The layout of the property is amazing and the common areas super comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

We were delighted to stay in this home. The amazing pool and the kitchen are beautifully equipped. Rooms all with their private and very comfortable bathrooms. Soft beds with everything you need to rest. Cleaning and maintenance of 10. It is a very quiet place but close to everything you need when leaving. Don Juan and Mrs. Olga's attention was exceptional. We'll be back for sure we'll be back.

The house is incredible for large groups, there are enough beds and rooms, the chancha de fut and padel is something unique in these houses , a lot of fun Oscar and his wife's attention was very good

The home is a super quiet and complete place. You can enjoy with your friends, family as there are many spaces and activities that you can do. Everything was spotless, functional, the people in charge of welcoming us were very kind. We had a very pleasant experience in general.

Excellent option to relax for a few days. The hotel is made up of a set of absolutely independent rooms from each other and distributed through the property plus a restaurant and swimming pool with jacuzzi. I also saw a temazcal. The place combines the comfort of a simple hotel with the convenience of an airbnb. Our room, Casita Aire, quite spacious, illuminated and with a nice view of the Tepozteco. They are very good in the restaurant.

The attention of the host and the employees of the subdivision was very good, the place matches the photos, good cleanliness. The approximate location that appears in the app does not quite match, but it is not very far away and is located in a nice and quiet area

The shops are not very close but you can walk to a crowds that is across the street and later by car there is a gas station with an oxxo gas station. Excellent service. Would definitely come back.
