Vacation rentals with beach access in Terre-de-Bas

March 2025 Christelle's apartment was an important part of the pleasure we had in visiting Guadeloupe. It was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The views of the sea and the mountains were breathtaking. Christelle was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, without hesitation.

Our stay went very well. The apartment has direct access to the sea and it is close to all amenities. You can get everywhere on foot. Anne is very welcoming, friendly and available. We highly recommend this listing.

It is thanks to Aurélie that we discovered part of Guadeloupe. The apartment was impeccable. Aurélie always responded well to our requests. She was very open to our proposals. She's a true professional. Aurélie and her husband Frédéric are endearing and very friendly people. We had beautiful sea views. The place is really peaceful. We met some nice people. Besides, we made friends. I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation to all those who want to experience relaxation and peace. Thanks for this beautiful discovery.

We couldn't have asked for the best way to end our vacation. Incredible hosts in kindness and dedication for our comfort and well-being. Remains a little finish so that everything is really perfect but the location alone makes you dream of the perfect life. You will remain the difficult choice of restaurant, ice cream, bakery, grocery store. I still have to choose my next dates to come back.

it was a very well located accommodation in Bas-Du-Fort near the beach and services ( grocery store, highway), halfway for both sides of Guadeloupe, ideal for access to beaches and hikes. The accommodation was spacious , well decorated and with a beautiful view of the bay from the small 2 seater balcony. I would definitely go back.

Great location. I walked to the beach and shops. Street parking is easy and always accessible. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Effective communication. I loved my stay! 😁

We had an exceptional stay at this boiling home. The apartment perfectly matches the photos: clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The sea view terrace is a real plus to enjoy breakfasts or sunsets. We leave with wonderful memories and we recommend this place without a second thought to anyone who wants to discover Guadeloupe in the best conditions!

We loved our stay with Marie José. The accommodation is spacious for two and is ideally located: 15 min walk to the port, 5 min walk to the beach and shops. It is located high up which ensures a quieter atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Especially the view of the bay is amazing! We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets and sunsets on the high bay! a big thank you for the welcome.

The big highlight of the listing is its location. Close to Malendure beach, shops ...no need to take the car ( because parking during the day to access it seems quite epic! ) in the heart of local life. Welcoming host. Very simple, clean accommodation... efficient!perfect for visiting lowland. We leave with regret...

A real crush on Chris and Jacky's house! We enjoyed the huge terrace with the amazing view day and night. The house is really very pleasant and Jacky received us with great attention and small tips that even allowed us to swim next to the turtles ... When we arrived , small local surprises were waiting for us, we enjoyed ourselves! Only regret , having to leave this magical place...

Yannick's place was well located to quickly reach all surrounding beaches and excursion destinations by rental car. Yannick is a very good host who was quick to respond to our questions and gave us helpful tips. We definitely recommend this place as it has everything to offer and gives you enough privacy with 2 kids.

Excellent stay in Sainte-Anne. Hosts were very accommodating, location is excellent, right in front of the the beach. Beautiful apartment with lots of space., very clean and comfortable for a family for 4. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Merci!

It was a very great apartment! Communication and check-in went smoothly and we were very nicely received, including a small guest gift. It was very clean, the amenities are good and the open kitchen and balcony is an absolute dream! The view of the Ilet du Gosier is really unique and very picturesque. Visiting the island is a must! We would come back.

Super beautiful condo very clean and well decorated and functional , intimate and well-equipped, the beach nearby was perfect, the terrace was great , safe, the bus stop nearby , grocery store and restaurant not too far away as well as the marina , I also loved seeing the cruise ships arrive and leave; I would return without hesitation , I recommend

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The place was really clean when we arrived, which is very appreciable. The access to the pool and the beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little quack upon arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really great as well). In short, a superb home for a beautiful Guadeloupe vacation. I recommend 1000%!

If 6 stars were available, I would give them! A quiet corner, an exquisite view, the proximity to the beaches and assets of Malendure, just wow. Easy communication with Gaelle and a welcome as if you are family! Aperitifs shared with hosts and other trips enrich the experience of this fantastic place. Thank you! We hope to come back

We had a great time at Steeve's place. The house is located in a quiet and secure residence close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely. In addition, we enjoyed direct access to the pool and private parking space. Having friends on the island, we will come back, without hesitation, as soon as the opportunity arises.

I highly recommend this listing! It is very well equipped and perfectly located. Walking access to Sainte Anne beach in 5 min is a real luxury! The residence is quiet and secure. We were very well received and had all the information necessary for the smooth running of the stay. We will rent this apartment again without hesitation.
