This new property is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 3. It has a Spacious bathroom and one available marked parking space your vehicle. This property is located close to 9+ different wedding venues within 12 miles. It is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and tradition accents.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

There is a separate fenced in yard for your dog to enjoy. The property is quite and has a lot or air space between neighbors for added privacy.
