Our lovely guest studio flat is a newly renovated, private entrance ground floor ensuite space, which sleeps 2. Exclusive off street parking included. Fully fitted brand new kitchen, Tea & coffee making facilities, induction hob, full size fridge with freezer space, toaster. The lovely Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train. Please note we don't allow charging of vehicles.

Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. We are proud Superhosts and aim to ensure guests have a great experience and comfortable stay. Unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for children or pets. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.
