Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα επιτρέπει την προετοιμασία γευμάτων. Δυνατότητα χρήσης BBQ. Μόνο 100μ. απο την ομώνυμη παραλία της Πλαταριάς. Σε απόσταση 100μ. βρίσκονται super market, φαρμακείο, φούρνος και στα 200μ. στάση λεωφορείου. Ο χώρος μας είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά της περιοχής (εστιατόρια, καφέ, μπαρ).
