A spotless house, in a quiet place with a nice yard. It's especially convenient to see the surrounding sights. It has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay.

We had an incredible stay here, while in Ksamil. Communication and kindness were next level!! We truly appreciated each day and felt comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Nikos place is absolutely immaculate. It is very functional and has been renovated with attention to every detail. A beautiful spot in the Ioannina castle. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family if available.

We had a great stay in an ideal home for our family, beautifully decorated , fantastic and comfortable linens , from great hosts who had planned for everything . Inside the castle with its beautiful history, with private parking for the car and a very beautiful courtyard . I highly recommend it.

I had a great time in Besnik’s place. He was very responsive. This apartment is great for nearby access to the resort. What was impressive to me what the cleanliness. We also enjoyed the morning coffee. My family was content and the value of what you pay for the service is a great deal.

Amazing stay with Antonis, spacious bed rooms and balcony area. We first arrived onto the plane spotting bridge and had to cross that to get to Perama but the walk is lovely as well with local fishermen around the area. Would recommend it to small group of friends 3-4. The area is quite peaceful, the only noise you hear is the airplanes landing every 15 minutes, for us that was a very nice experience.

We had a great stay at Mari’s place! The apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped with a big balcony. Great shower pressure and everything you need. We cooked one night and the only thing missing was a chopping board! Beds were comfy and the TV had a couple of English channels (a smart TV or fire stick would be an excellent addition.) Mari was friendly and responsive throughout our stay always with a smile on her face. The local area has shops, bars, restaurants and beaches nearby. The 2a bus was easy to get from round the corner to take you into town. Thank you Mari for letting us stay and we hope we can come back soon! :)

One of the best apartments I've rented. Everything was just like the description and photos. Warm apartment, even had a dehumidifier! What struck us was the very good materials used and the excellent consumables (towels, sheets, etc.). The host is also excellent, friendly and always helpful. Ideal for a stay of 3 people or more.

The apartment was a great choice for our stay. It was clean, tidy and functional, with comfortable spaces and a well-equipped kitchen that met our basic needs. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. Although we traveled in the winter, the heating was efficient and the space kept warm and pleasant. Its location was particularly convenient as it was close to the center but generally without disturbing noise. The apartment building was relatively modern, with good frames that contributed to the quiet. The view to the lake was very beautiful and the fireplace added a warm, relaxing atmosphere, enhancing our experience. In addition, the host was kind and helpful, willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, the apartment met our expectations and our stay was pleasant.

It was fantastic, I will definitely prefer it again when I visit Ioannina again!!!

Very nice place and well equipped. Zoi was an excellent host. One thing to note is no parking directly on the street but can park for free a short walk away.

As a first holiday with a 4 year old and nearly 2 year old, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Ekaterini was so kind and welcoming, the girls loved her fuss and getting to feed the goats and chickens each day. Each morning she brough the most amazing eggs, tomatoes or figs from her farm, and there was a welcome gift of homemade olive oil and jams which were wonderful. The flat was perfect, and felt like plenty of space for us all. the kitchen was great and we easily cooked meals in it (really great oven!) the air con was a treat, but we bearly used it l, even in Aug as the flat was cool and there were great insect shutters so we could leave the doors open. near to THE BEST kid-friendly beaches of Kalimaki and St. Spiridon but so peaceful (except for the lovely rooster). Can't wait to come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time! A very nice Greek cottage! Everything was present in the house, Spiridoula is a nice host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Nearby was just not so much to do, be prepared to have to drive a bit for groceries and nice restaurants. And unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes, luckily the screens for the windows and doors work well and they stayed outside outside!

This was a great vacation. There is a spacious garden to relax, a great view of the see and the lake. The nearby beach is one of the best in the region and easy accessible by car. The equipment in the kitchen is above par. The response of the host was fast. I can highly recommend. 👍

Great quiet place, perfect for small Groups.

It was possible to be at home, with a simply wonderful garden, with lemon trees, oranges and the famous very sweet Kumquot. We were 5 adults, with very comfortable beds, but an adult cannot sleep on that sofa bed with that partition in the middle of the bed that is created when the sofa opens. the Lady welcomed us with great warmth and friendliness. everything wonderful, I really recommend it. we'll most likely be back. thank you.

Welcoming host, beautiful and quiet place under olive trees. Fully equipped air conditioned house, terrace with an amazing sea view. A bit tricky access to a small beach (cca 100m, steep pathway and stairs), but worth it - crystal clear water and privacy. The forests bring insects but it's only natural. Overall we had a great vacation at Nicol's place and enjoyed our stay very much. Super relaxing.
