Built in 1929, this cozy country home was part of a country store. In the mid 1930s it was converted into a bar. In the 50s the Big Room was added and is now a very unique meeting hall that features live music on occasion. This space can be rented as well. (Pricing varies for these spaces) Gorgeous back porch with lots of plants. Additional bedroom/bath available 50$/night. Tons of charm. 60 miles from New Orleans, 15 to Baton Rouge. 2 miles to 1-10. Walmart 5 miles. Convenience store 500 feet.

The yard is fenced in and is pet friendly. The Cajun Cottage is centrally located in southeast Louisiana’s bayou country about 40 miles southwest of New Orleans.
