Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

Greetings, I am a rustic hut in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes, you'll be at the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. In summer, a playground, water play area, sandbox, lawn and barbecue await you. In winter, enjoy winter hiking, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing and pure nature. The Katschberg ski area can be reached in just 30 minutes with the free daily ski bus.

It is also an ideal starting point for walks or excursions in Austria or Slovenia or to discover the beautiful natural and tourist resources of Tarvisio and its surroundings. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Private entrance and parking.

The cozy, well-equipped apartment for 5 people on the organic farm Laußnitzer with cows, chickens and pigs is located at about 1,200 m above sea level on a sunny south-facing slope. The farm is the starting point for hikes in the Carinthian Nockberge in summer and winter. The Ski Eldorado Katschberg can be reached by car in 10 minutes. In walking distance Rennweg there are numerous restaurants and a supermarket.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.
