Ski slopes at Katschberg and Sankt Miguel im Lungau (Großeck-Speiereck) are with less than 30 minutes close by. It's a serene spot for enjoying nature's beauty, far from the hectic world!

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Unique alpine house at 1600 meters overlooking the Carnic Alps. On a paved road you can easily reach the cozy alpine house in summer and winter. The hut is an ideal starting point for easy, medium or even demanding mountain tours. A nearby alpine inn is open year-round and is a good alternative to cooking yourself if needed. The hut is equipped with 6 beds in 3 rooms and a toilet, bathroom with tub and a kitchen with wood & gas stove.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
