Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Thun

Had an amazing experience staying 4 days at Claudia's place. Well furnished with all necessary amenities. It is a nice cozy and beautiful stay few stops away from Montreux. Train station is just a minute away from the property. All essentials can be purchased at Coop Pronto at the Montreaux station. Claudia was an amazing and very welcoming host. Made us feel right at home the way she communicated with us right from the start. Definitely worth checking this stay out if you plan to explore in and around Montreux!

Spending time at Sabrina's is so comforting. It's the second time for us, and it felt lukewarm we never left we found everything we needed, and more. The view from the rooms each morning were cleaning off the fuzzy brains we came with from work. Very well positioned, the location allows reaching all important travel marks, within short drives or walls. Interlaken being 10 mins away, and supermarkets being open for longer hours than usually are in Seitzerland, allows proper refill of the fridge, in case cooking is desired for the family. Kitchen worth mentioning is equipped with performant appliances, and kitchenware completes fully the need one may have; both for small families as well as 6 persons as the max capacity is. André and Sabine are very welcoming and responsive hosts. They are available and very friendly. The place is impeccable and great to meet when you are in large numbers. The beds were spotless and very comfortable. The lack of TV was not a problem as there are many games for any age and board games. We are delighted with our weekend. Thanks again!

Francoise’s place was perfect for us, two friends travelling. Plenty space which meant we both had our own bed- and bathroom and more than enough space in the kitchen and living room. Very clean and had all amenities we could ask for. Lovely big garden space to make use of, too. I have no hesitation recommending Francoise’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Christine's apartment was fabulous, modern, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy and had comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it. Just be aware though if you are booking this 6 bed apartment for only 3 or 4 people as we had an issue. We were a party of 2 mothers (in 60's) & 2 sons (in 20's). We were pleased to find this apartment as it had 3 rooms so the mothers could have a room each and sons share twin room. However when we arrived the twin room was locked and unavailable & 2 rooms did not match the listing showing 3. We were very disappointed. Christine did respond quickly and rectified the situation but pointed out she she had provided 4 beds. One mother is an Airbnb host and didn't feel she was very apologetic for the disappointment we had felt. She would have been far more apologetic. However she did not charge us for use of laundry to compensate. we can still thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment.

Although the property is in the countryside, it is always about 1 hour from Zurich, Lucerne, Bern and Basel. Ideal for visiting these cities and still relaxing on the edge. The house is beautifully decorated, very loving and personal. The house has everything you need. Would love to come again.

We had the most wonderful stay here. We always like being just out of the city centre so this was perfect. Tram stops are just a short walk away was super convenient. Grocery store was closeby and free parking was also very much appreciated. Martina left a booklet of house instructions and recommendations for us which was super helpful and covered everything we could imagine. The amenities were terrific. We would stay here again without hesitation.

My two-year-old grandson loved the many toys in the house, especially the cars. The house is well furnished and equipped. There is a lot of wood to grill what we used. The location in the middle of the small village is very nice. You should be on foot. There are several stairs to the apartment. We also liked the large garden overlooking you mountains. Overall, we had a very nice stay at the Casa.

The location is ideal, conveniently close to Zürich's main station and the bus stop, making it easy to embark on trips. It's also within walking distance of tram stations and surrounded by excellent restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hosts were supportive as well. All in all good experience.

Impeccable accommodation with all necessities. Easy to find with the detailed instructions provided. Easy parking. The view and setting is absolutely beautiful! We loved our stay in Val de Charmey:)

Great stay in Switzerland with Alina who is very responsive and kind! The photos are a good fit for the listing and the details from the host were so helpful. In addition, Alina had left a little Easter treat for our grandson! I would highly recommend it!

Joanne is a great host. She was able to troubleshoot us at the last moment following a bad experience in another listing. She gave us tips for restaurants and other things to do nearby. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, very cocooning, it feels good. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete, there is a dishwasher and washing machine if needed in the bathroom. From the terrace you have views of the mountain. You can spend your nights in Joanne's place without a second thought!

very responsive host, she was very helpful with everything and she gave us bus passes for the local bus as well which was very helpful. the flat had the best view of Interlaken and is worth every penny.

Had a great stay, was easy to find and check in. For us the location was perfect, with an amazing view. For us as hikers we loved the area.

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

We had a great time at the house. Awesome garden and the kids enjoyed the trampoline.

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how well the coffee ended and this without capsules. happy to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

House close to the historic center (free parking a few minutes away by foot). We really appreciated the brightness and great organization. Nice to find everything you need when you want to experience the house, from bath products to essentials in the kitchen (oil, salt, etc.). The precise and convenient recycling of waste is also called for. Perfect for visiting the area or skiing in the surrounding areas. Ezio and Katia were extremely kind in agreeing on an early check-in time.

Nice functional and well-equipped apartment in Nendaz. Ideal quiet location while being a few minutes walk from the Tracouet gondola, just what it takes to warm up .
