Another fantastic stay at the coach house. We love the house itself which is furnished to the very highest standard and the well equipped kitchen was great for cooking Christmas dinner. Carol is a great host. Very responsive and welcoming. Lottie the dog was a big hit with everyone. Perfect location for us as it’s the village I grew up in. We will be back. The annexe was a perfect base for us to visit both Norwich and the Norfolk coast. It's attached to a beautiful farmhouse, yet feels very private. The accommodation is really comfortable and warm with everything you need as shown in the photos. But the photos don't do justice to the surroundings, which are wonderful. There's even a little church in the grounds. We walked on Halvergate marshes, with it's vast skies. We would definitely come again and can fully recommend a stay there.

We had a very nice three nights stay at smithy cottage which is in an ideal rural location near to Norwich and the Broads. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Tanya is an excellent host and provided a welcome pack of wine, a range of nibles, cereals, eggs and milk.

Clare was very helpful with our arrival and gave clear instructions on how to use the equipment. The space was perfect for us, private and cozy. Instructions inside the annex where clear and helpful. We would definitely recommend this annex. Great place for getting to the City.
