It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no closed bedroom. Outside, a private garden with seating, a grill and fencing will be created by June 2023.
