Monthly Rentals in Toko Mouth

What a pristine, beautifully appointed and spacious beach house, with a lovely ocean overlook. Everything was of the highest quality. It was off the beaten track, but within reach of Dunedin to the north and the Catlins to the south, which suited us perfectly. We loved walking down to and along the expansive and deserted sandy beach. We saw many interesting birds nearby. We highly recommend Toko Mouth Beachhouse

Bull Creek is an absolutely lovely spot. Quiet and remote with lovely bush and beach walks. The neighbours were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Walking in the nearby bush being deafened by the bellbirds a definite highlight. Views from the house of the sea was spectacular and the coastal walks and seeing the seals and lots of birds was another highlight. All of us agreed that we would love to stay again.

This has to be the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and I travel in NZ quite a bit. The cottage is spacious, spotlessly clean and has to be the best equipped ever! Honestly, there is nothing you need that isn’t there. Ses was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to find our way there. I can’t recommend it enough.

Loved how The Church House has been renovated to include some of the original church features! The bedrooms were styled nicely with comfortable large beds. And the shower temperature and pressure was really good. The homemade bread was delicious, and the other continental breakfast options were a nice addition. There was also Netflix and board games for entertainment. Could definitely have stayed longer. Thank you! 😁
