SUMIRE AOI HOUSE - Minimal Japanese House

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

There are two stations nearby. 6 min walk to the nearest station Yoyogi-Koen station, where you can go to Harajuku in 2 min by train, and 9 min walk to the Sangubashi station, where you can go to Shinjuku station in 4 min by train. Provides FREE high speed internet & Wi-fi. This apartment is self-check-in. There are 2 single sized beds, and 1 double sized bed in the two bedrooms.

Peaceful Riverside View, Asakusa

**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next next to my house is under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With all these constructions going on, the area is quite noisy during the day. 100-year-old wooden house/ 1min to the station

This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and shops in Hiroo and it is very easy to access to Ebisu, Roppongi (3min by subway), Shibuya and Omote-sando (within 3km).

This is a brand new 2 bedroom apartment less than one minute away from Higashi-Koenji Station. It has two double beds and one sofa bed for two so you can stay up to 6 people! Great area with lots of nice restaurants and shops. My place is good for couples, groups of friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
