Completely refurbished apartment, comfortable and cozy, on the 4th floor with 2 elevators. Building completely renovated in 2023, with thermal insulation and insulating windows, corridors and new entrance doors. Surface area of about 50 sqm, two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room/kitchen with a full-size sofa bed. It has a microwave oven, induction cooktop, large fridge and LED TV. It is located in a strategic point of the pass, 300 meters from the ski slopes and the center.

Our apartment is 850 meters high, surrounded by greenery and located at the foot of the Pizzo Badile from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. In the back of the house there is a spacious garden with a barbecue area and a few steps away only upon reservation and with an additional cost you can use the outdoor relaxation area with a Finnish tub and sauna heated by wood reserved for two and a half hours. It's a perfect place for couples but also for your four-legged friends.
