Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Church View Cottage C 1750 and Barn is tucked away in a quiet corner of Hatherleigh’s picturesque market square. Peace and quiet and clear skies are what you will find. The cottage and barn are very well appointed and comfortable, and decorated to a good standard. Good walks or cycling from the door with great pubs, cafe, Co-Op, and chip shop within a few steps. It is also an ideal location for exploring further afield and for Devon in general due to Hatherleigh’s central location.

A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!

Stones Throw Cottage says it all. 250 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the town, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Exe estuary trail, marina, Manor gardens, train station, bus station, boat trips and the world heritage Jurassic coastline. The town is one side with the beach on the opposite side. The beach is long with something for everyone. There are lots of activities to enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, sea sports and relaxing. The cottage in a great location.
