Tanto la casa como el entorno son ideales, las vistas son espectaculares de las mejores que he estado, se respira paz en plena naturaleza. La casa cálida y muy bien ambientada. Desde la misma casa se pueden hacer rutas preciosas. Lo pasamos muy bien. La recomiendo sin dudar.

pasamos un fin de semana perfecto los niños disfrutaron mucho en la cama elástica y estuvimos muy agusto disfrutando de las vistas al río la casa estaba súper limpia y muy cómoda la verdad encima cerca de donde vivimos nos dió mucha facilidad para encontrarnos como en nuestra propia casa gracias Alberto y a Juan Carlos el guardés de la finca

Cette maison est un enchantement. Située dans un quartier calme et apaisant, elle est en même temps très proche en métro ou en bus de tous les sites à visiter ( Prado, musée Reina Sofia, Palais Royal, parc Retiro...). Tout y est pensé pour le bien-être et la douceur de vivre. Dans un style industriel magique, Gustavo a réussi un petit miracle de beauté et d'originalité. Le confort est total: lits, serviettes de bain , cuisiné... Nos trois petits enfants ont été émerveillés par la salle de sport et le jardin. Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Gustavo et Thanh? Jamais, dans aucun airbnb, nous n'avions été reçus ainsi... Gentillesse, cordialité, efficacité, ainsi qu'un superbe bouquet de fleurs pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Cette maison restera gravée dans notre mémoire, c'est le plus bel airbnb où nous ayons séjourné...

Nazaret ha sido muy atenta y detallista en todo momento. Ha sido muy amable. La casa es espectacular y confortable. La recomendamos 100% ya que está muy cerca de Toledo y Puy du Fou, tal y como se especificaba. Todo muy limpio y precioso. Hemos hecho un pequeño desperfecto por accidente y Nazaret se ha mostrado muy accesible y comprensiva. Muchas gracias por todo, Nazaret.

Sehr gut gelegene und saubere Wohnung. Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht ist in der Nähe und sowieso war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Patricio antwortet schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

Apartamento céntrico y bien situado, vas andando a todos partes, cerca de todo lo que tienes que ver en Madrid, bien decorado, y sobre todo muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy profesional, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar y dar todo tipo de facilidades, la comunicación ha sido impecable, muchas recomendaciones de cosas para hacer. Sin ningún tipo de duda volveremos!!!

A great quirky bijou base for a stay in Madrid. However, the internal stairs in the apartment is very steep and and requires care. It would not be suitable for those with any difficult walking..

We had a lovely stay this week in Madrid the space was bigger than expected and suited our needs. The location was great so central but in a quiet area. Marcela was very responsive with check in and out and we hope to stay again in the future.

Nos deu muitas dicas e sugestões sobre a cidade e sempre esteve disponível para nós. O apartamento é ótimo e muito bem equipado. Tem uma vista para apreciar a cidade tanto pela manhã quanto à noite. A localização é muito boa também, com mercados, restaurantes, ponto de ônibus e próximo ao Centro. Nós definitivamente recomendamos este lugar e com certeza vamos voltar pois adoramos o lugar e o carinho da Adela

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Mercedes est une femme que tout le monde respecte ,elle est très gentille . personnellement je trouve la communication très fluide et sa réaction est rapide, c'est sûr si les conditions sont réunis je ferai l'expérience une autre fois.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Place was very comfortable for my group of 4 adults. Quiet despite being in a central and lively location, lots of close by restaurants and bars, plus a few smaller grocery stores. Easy access to transit. Elsa was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions.
