The apartment is located on the heights of Leuze-en-Hainaut. It offers magnificent views of the city. You have private parking for 2 cars. It is 1.2 km from the train station and highway access is nearby. Large stores are within a one-kilometer radius. You have all the comforts of a recent home (heating, Wi-Fi...). Leuze is located between Mons and Tournai and the "Pari Daiza" park is 15 km away. Brussels and Lille are an hour's drive away via the highway.

The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden in front of the house. The village is quiet, close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.
