We had a lovely few days staying at the apartment! Ali was very friendly & helpful and the flat was charming and perfect for our stay. The wine & vase of daffodils on arrival were a lovely touch. The little courtyard garden offers a quiet place to sit surrounded by pretty flowers. Would definitely recommend.

Lower Treetop’s was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, clean and warm. An electric blanket had been arranged but we didn’t need it. We loved the kitchen/living room arrangement, the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans you might need as well as tea, coffee and milk. The cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated. The garden is a glorious area in which to sit and relax with a morning cuppa or afternoon/evening glass of wine. St Micheal’s Mount and the sea can be seen from the patio. Tom was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including recommendations of places to visit we would not have otherwise known about. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely little apartment to anybody.

Loved our stay at this lovely bungalow. The host was responsive and friendly. The place itself was immaculately clean and I also appreciated the excellent utilities in the kitchen (which may have been my favourite room - so perfect for preparing dinner and eating together as it is very spacious as well as so cosy!). The bedding and linen felt luxurious and everything in the house felt newly done. The space is very airy and bright so was uplifting as well as cosy. As for the view and the terrace - stunniiiing. Please try to wake up for sunrise if you can you won't be disappointed :) Just a note, that view can be seen from almost every room. Location wise, it's in a residential street right next to pubs restaurants and shops and was close enough to other beautiful areas of Cornwall if you were looking to explore. The flat is very much as described, small and up quite a steep track but very homely and makes a great base for exploring the area. Eleanor is helpful and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
