We absolutely loved our little Easter break at Darracott cottage. We were welcomed by Warren who let us in and explained how everything works. There was a welcome pack with treats for both humans and dogs, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated! The fire had been lit for us and we were so happy and grateful about this as we arrived when it was raining heavily. We spent the first afternoon and evening simply enjoying the warm and cosy cottage as it was too rainy to go out. We felt at home right away. There is everything you’ll ever need, from tea and coffee to books and games. The location is simply stunning and it is so peaceful. Very easy 10 minute drive to all amenities in Helston. We enjoyed days out to several places, which were all easily accessible. It was so lovely to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the cottage. The garden is very beautiful and our dogs loved it! Thank you so much Angie and Warren! We hope to come back soon.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Cannot recommend enough; we wished we booked for longer. St Ives, Marazion and Porthleven all within 30 minutes drive so great location. Amazing secure garden for the dog too!

Bailey’s Little House is a cleverly crafted barn conversion which maximises the space available to live and relax. The care and attention to the details show how much thought and skill have gone into creating this home while keeping the feeling of its agri/industrial past. It is very welcoming and self contained with all modern facilities. A great place to return to of an evening after exploring the wonderful coast nearby. We will hopefully return.

The lodge is in a good location for north and south Cornwall. We had a great time and enjoyed staying there
