In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Dishes, microwave, coffee maker as well as bed linens and towels are available. In winter, 30 meters to the ski bus. You are welcome all year round. Mit den Milleniumsexpress gehts dann in ca. 7min aufs Nassfeld. Der Parkplatz ist vorm Haus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit bei Schlechtwetter Ihr Auto in der Tiefgarage zu parken.
