This barndominium-style home also offers a wide covered porch, large patio with fire pit, tiki bar and hot tub where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. Kids will love the tree house, or the play house tucked back in the woods. Sitting on twenty acres that include walking trails and a creek, it is perfect for a family reunion. Ambitious visitors can camp in the yard or wooded clearings and enjoy nearby Lake Palestine.

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.
