The back fence opens up to a city park for your children to play or your pets to run. This house is in a quiet established neighborhood. Pet friendly. (Over 1 pet will be charged $50 for each. Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Tiled throughout, everything sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, and 2 couches. 3 seperate spaces. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides. 10% discount on 7 days, 25% discount on 30 days.
