La atención por parte del personal es muy buen, son muy amables y estuvieron siempre para apoyarme en cualquier cosa que requiriera. El restaurante del lugar es riquísimo, súper recomendado los tacos de pulpo y la ensalada de Quinoa. La habitación es muy acogedora y especial. La verdad disfruté muchísimo mi estancia tanto por el lugar, la ubicación, la comida y el trato tan amable. Muchas Gracias.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

Beautiful beach vacation. The on property staff were super friendly. Everything felt so safe and secure which was so important for my family. The snorkeling was amazing and you were steps away from a cenote. Great accommodations, great restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Nuestra estancia fue genial, el edificio (ubicación y amenidades) es justo lo que necesitamos para nuestra primera estancia en la playa con nuestra bebé. Si bien la playa es rocosa, hay muelles que permiten entrar al mar. Junto al edificio hay 2 hoteles pequeños con restaurantes muy buenos. Agradecemos mucho a Itzel, con quien la comunicación fue muy fluida, también agradecemos las atenciones y el trabajo de José, Aurora y Emerita para que todo en el edificio (el jardín, la alberca y la playa) y el departamento estuviera listo para disfrutar.

I had a great stay, the apartment was exactly as described. It offers easy access to both the beach while still being close to the town center and main supermarket, which made everything super convenient. Sonny was an exceptional host—very attentive and helpful. He provided clear instructions that made check-in and access to the property very easy. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

Absolute beachfront location. A dream spot. Room was magical and very clean. The Ikal staff were so quick and responsive, it made all the difference, we loved our 3 day stay here.

Our stay at this property was a 10/10. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip and answered all of our questions super quick. This location was perfect because it’s right in between the center of Tulum (restaurants, shops, more local vibe) and also right by the hotel zone and beach zone which is the more touristy area. It was perfect to have a combination of both areas and really gave us an authentic “Mexican experience”. The air bnb was lovely and looked just like the pictures. We felt safe 100% of the time!! We will definitely be returning here!!

The place was beautiful and matched the photos in the listing. The outdoor deck with the pool and hammocks was really nice and very convenient. Across the small private road is the other unit with another private pool and fabulous ocean view/access. The neighborhood was great, a gated community with lots of beachfront restaurants and even a cenote. We felt very safe walking around and exploring the beach (which is not a swimming beach, but more for snorkeling and diving). We spent one overcast morning exploring the coastline to the north, which was really fascinating. My only complaint would be that the plunge pool outside the bedrooms was dirty and unusable. Otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely go back!

I can highly recommend Luisa’s apartment. Spacious Rooms, Beachfront, Pool ! All u need to know for a nice stay !! Book it !!! ••••••••• The place is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures, living room and bedroom with access to the terrace, so open the door and u are right at the beach! Kitchen perfect for cooking, w a big fridge, water filter and a big dinning area. Huge TV w a comfy couch for a nice Netflix session. Outside area comes w beach beds, a little gym, pool w beds and umbrellas, kayaks and little play area for kids. It’s about 15 min drive to Tulum, so it’s really a peaceful getaway but not to far away from the action in tulum. If u can get a SUV because the road closer to the apartment is a bit rougher (but also doable w a normal car).

Fantastic place to stay, best area to be

We loved our stay at this home! The team was friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and fun for the kids. The location was perfect as we explored nearby cenotes, the water park, Tulum and playa del Carmen. We loved being right on the beach and the team there worked hard to clear the seaweed so it was never a problem for us. We loved using their kayaks and the kids loved the pool. When we did have an unexpected issue with the door, they were quick to respond and get it fixed. We are happy our family chose to stay at this wonderful place! Thank you.

We stayed here with 12 people for a week and it was awesome. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the bedrooms (all with their own bathroom) and pool, and outdoor area were all great. The location was perfect, the whole neighborhood is walkable to all the amazing restaurants and bars and stores you would want to go to, much better than downtown and very safe. The onsite host (Santiago) was top notch, he had proactive suggestions, helped us arrange shuttles, was super fast to respond to issues, and made our stay even better.

This is my second year coming to this magical breath taking camp. it's so peaceful with the most amazing staff you will encounter in all of Tulum. The location is great if you are looking for a relaxing recharge time. You are 15 min walk to the Ruins and the cutest fun market filled with local little shops and local ethnic food.

La verdad todo súper si recomiendo que renten un carro a pesar que es terracería no está feo asique un carro chico es más que suficiente, recomiendo que lleven sandalias especiales para meterse a la playa ya que tiene mucha piedritas que te molestará mucho, la ubicación le ayuda mucho ya que todo está a lo mucho 20 minutos de todo lo turístico, el internet no funcionó espero se arregle pero nos pasó el de la recepción y todo excelente claro estábamos casi a lado solo que cuando estás en el cuarto no llega bien la señal talvez solo estaba fallando el del cuarto que teníamos, por lo demás todo excelente la alberca siempre disponible y los minisplit todos funcionado lo recomiendo

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure

El departamento es muy lindo,espacioso y limpio. La terrasa y la piscina muy practica y en la noche se ve la luna y las estrellas Jorge fue siempre muy atento y comunicativo Lo recomendaria al 100% Gracias Jorge!!!
