Loft vacation rentals in Tulum

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans ce logement de très bonne qualité, très propre, spacieux, accès à la piscine facile, Logement bien équipé pour une famille. Accès à la plage public en voiture très facile. Bon emplacement pour visiter les points principaux de la région car sur la route principale. Cependant deux points d'attention : - il faut une voiture impérativement pour faire les courses et visiter - contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris sur l'annonce il n'y a pas d'accès préférentiel pour avoir accès aux infrastructures du Bahia Principe (Restauration, plages, tennis) seul l'achat d'un pass journalier à 100USD par adulte permet de profiter du all in. Peu importe on a tout de même passé un super séjour dans ce logement, nous le recommandons vivement.

This location is very convenient, close to the nightlife and restaurants but not loud. The outdoor/open air living room with hammock, and two balconie, is very cool. Great all around experience for the price.

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Me and my wife loved the stay at Jose’s apartment. It is located in a lovely gated community, TAO Mexico in Akumal, with the PGA golf course next door. The neighbours were very friendly too, giving advice for restaurants to go to in the area when we said hi. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook meals and eating at the table on the balcony that has a view of the trees and greenery. The AC and water pressure were great. There were beach towels, snorkels, two outdoor chairs and an umbrella which we used when we went to the beach. Since we stayed ten days, we also used the washing machine and dried clothes on the balcony. We enjoyed going for swims in the shared pool. The communal areas are cleaned daily and are spotless. There is beautiful scenery and wildlife including local birds. This was close to local attractions best visited by car. Akumal bay for snorkelling with turtles, restaurants, cenotes and beaches close by. We highly recommend staying here!

Daria tuvo una atención increíble desde el momento de la reservación, en donde contestó a todas mis dudas. Estuvo muy al pendiente durante toda la estancia y siempre estuvo atenta a contestar mis solicitudes. El estudio es increible, y el lugar es maravilloso. un lugar tranquilo, con acceso al wellness center y el gimnasio los cuales están increibles y con muchas clases.y aparatos. La playa también está muy cerca ya sea caminando (media hora) o 15 minutos en el carrito que te lleva de forma gratuita. Hay un mini super a 10 minutos caminando y los paisajes son muy lindos en general!. Seguramente volveré! Muy cerca de Tulum, Cenotes, Akumal y ruinas Mayas.

Etznab was great, the place was clean and the pool outside was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend if you want somewhere relaxing and quiet to stay.

Io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati molto bene, letto davvero molto comodo e presenti tutti i comfort. Per il prezzo nulla da dire. Avevamo noleggiato la macchina quindi la distanza non era un problema (anzi). Contenti, unica pecca la scarsa pulizia del balcone, vetri e piastre in cucina, ma sono certo sia stata un situazione unica, le piastre hanno provveduto a pulirle appena gli abbiamo contattati. Host super reattivi 👍🏻

We stayed for 6 days and the place was really nice, the hosts were really helpful ! I really enjoyed staying there, the only inconvenient was that the road was not a paved one so it’s a bit of a wild ride but if you’re well prepared it’s not too bad. Also there was some constructions around and it would get noisy sometimes, especially in the morning. The negative points are more the surroundings than the airbnb itself, the place was overall great !

Le logement était impeccable avec les possibilités d'aller à la piscine sur le rooftop, d'utiliser la laverie ou encore le prêt de vélos !!! Luis et Andrea ont été très réactifs lors de nos demandes et leurs consignes simples et claires. La cuisine aussi impeccable avec tous les équipements utiles et fonctionnels.

Incredible private back, 2nd floor loft with incredible views of the jungle. A MUST for bird lovers or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway just 3 minutes walk to Holistika and 10 mins to lots of restaurants in La Valeta. Excellent A/C, comfortable king size bed, two-way mirrorred walls with hidden black out shades that come down from the ceiling. One whole wall has windows that open directly out to the tree tops. It's small and has no official closet, so best for travelers who pack light however we had no issues with our large luggage. Valentina was 100% responsive and a delight to work with. She was incredibly helpful in helping us schedule rides to and from the airport. Expect to pay about $100 USD one way with any cab company. Cabs are very expensive, better to rent a car as many other travelers did. Humberto the property manager was helpful with our luggage and always available as well as the property cat Chay, who is very handsome and friendly. Can not wait to return!

Beautiful apartment and pool area, with excellent gym and restaurants on site! We also went to the beach club which was charming!

The studio is surrounded by wonderful greenery and is very comfortable, private and quit. He was extremely helpful in order for me to plan the stay for my brother and his wife, who absolutely loved the surroundings, the pools, and the studio. My brother has limited mobility and can not walk big distances and the place is very well suited for his needs and capabilities.

Had a great stay, place was great just as the photos depict. We used the bikes daily to get to local restaurants and beaches. Would recommend!

El complejo donde se encuentra ubicado el departamento tiene todas las comodidades que se muestran en el anuncio, un lugar muy agradable para pasar una buena estadia en tulum. El internet es rápido, el departamento es limpio y tranquilo y la atención de los anfitriones fue constante . Sin dudas volvería

I stayed for a whole months, I could have easily lived there long term. Very peaceful and comfortable.

Can't say enough good things about this AirBnB. Loved La Velata. People. Atmosphere. Restaurants. Rentals for scooter and bikes is easy and affordable. Rooftop bars, pools and restaurants were great. Close to town. Great gym. Pool always clean. Laundry available. Was everything we wanted.

Yerik was helpful and quick with all communication. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. To get to the beach or Cenotes we needed a bike or Atv however the pool was always clean and refreshing. We were always by ourselves in the pool. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the apartment and exploring beautiful Tulum. Loved watching the sun sets from the balcony.

Un super séjour dans cet appartement au dernier étage, literie au top, gros plus pour la petite piscine sur la terrasse pour se rafraîchir. Excellent rapport qualité prix :)

el lugar es muy bonito, limpio, acogedor, ordenado, tiene todo lo indispensable de cocina o puedo decir cosas de más, útiles para preparar alimentos. Es totalmente recomendado, un servicio excelente 😍.

Estamos muy agradecidos con Eva que siempre estuvo al pendiente y además nos hizo las mejores recomendaciones, el alojamiento es muy acogedor, limpio y en una ubicación excelente, muy recomendado!

It was an absolute pleasure and joy to stay at Claudia’s place. The atmosphere was perfect for me to get some work done while also relaxing by the pool. Location was excellent; separate but close to everything all at once. I would stay here again and hope to someday. Thank you!
