We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

The house (approx. 150 m²) is located in the countryside. There is a large garden (approx. 3500 m²). There is also an outdoor kitchen (gas grill and gas stove) with a pizza oven. Inside there is an open kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, tub and 2 sinks. In the attic, there was previously a children's play area. There is a pull-out crib (additional) and a desk as an office workstation.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

In the village there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, as well as 1 supermarket, which are reachable in a few minutes' walk. A hotel with restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also within walking distance.

Our beautiful apartment is located in a quiet area directly on the Neckar. In addition to a spacious bathroom, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom, the property also offers a large terrace that invites you to linger. The train station is a 14-minute walk away. In addition to the quiet location near the Kapfwald, the apartments are centrally located in Bad Dürrheim. The village center with numerous restaurants and cafes as well as the Solemar Therme are only a 10-minute walk away. The 7 apartments were completely renovated and modernly equipped in spring 2023. All apartments have balconies or terraces, these are oriented to the south or southwest, which invite you to rest.
