With multiple sleeping arrangements, this splendid apartment is ideal for all types of travelers. Located in the renowned area of Porto Santo Stefano and furnished with great attention to detail, it features a large panoramic terrace with a delightful sea view. Spread over one level and comprising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living room, it can accommodate up to 8 people, providing ample privacy in each room, whether you're a family or a group of friends.

Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

Immersi nella natura si nota da una parte il mare con il golfo di Follonica, l'isola d'Elba e la Corsica, dall'altra l'isola del Giglio. E' possibile fare lunghe passeggiate nella natura o raggiungere località balneari o città d'arte.

The apartment "Oliveto" represents the essence of the Tuscan arcipelago park. It is in fact surrounded by olive trees and in the gardens you can find different types of fruits. At the same time it sits on the mountain underneath the village of Capoliveri, providing beautiful views and at the same time every kind of confort needed. It in fact less than one kilometers away from the village and from the two nearby beaches "Zuccale" and "Barabarca".

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
