The house has a large garden that belongs to the lower flat and is fully fenced. Ideal for dog owners. All shopping facilities as well as the train and bus station are within walking distance. So are the leisure facilities of the town of Münsingen. Hikes or bicycle tours to the large Lautertal valley or the Biosphere Centre can be undertaken directly from the house.

Unser Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 qm. Es liegt am Ortsrand vom Luftkurort Westerheim auf 823 m Höhe. In der Nachbarschaft sind Gewerbebetriebe, die jedoch nur wenig Lärm verursachen. Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt. Für Kinder gibt es ein Schaukel mit Kletterstange. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden 1 mal pro Woche bereitgestellt. Gut sozialisierte und gut erzogene Hunde sind willkommen. Gartennutzung nach Absprache möglich.
