Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

Safe comfortable guest suite suitable for singles travelling alone or mature couples. Clean spacious beach style accommodation with a private entrance. Private open plan suite with comfortable queen bed a kitchenette & couch/tv area on the ground level of our home. The bathroom it is not an en-suite it's a private bathroom for your use only and accessed through the laundry/garage area see the photos to not be disappointed. Convenient to airport 15min drive. Free on-street parking. 2 small friendly dogs onsite.
