My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and it was the perfect home base for our Byron getaway. Great new restaurants just across the road and an easy stroll to main beach. Location meant we could easily get out of town on the extremely busy Easter long weekend. Very quiet, private and overall beautiful apartment. Highly recommend!

Tracey was very responsive and gave clear instructions about the stay. The place was pretty amazing as well as it is right in front of the sky tower. The place was clean and spacious enough for couples to spend their time together.

Beautiful studio, the bed was super comfortable and it had everything I needed. Karlee was a great host and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area

For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

Look no further as I highly recommend Sally’s air BnB. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything at your doorstep , central and all in walking distance. Views are also beautiful! The amenities and space provided was perfect for us as a family of 3! Sally was super responsive and made our experience so easy and convenient. Thank you sally for having us at your air BnB and being such an incredible host. My next trip to the GC I absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you again!

Simon was a wonderful host. Very responsive and considerate. The house was just as pictured - clean, tidy with exceptional style and unique taste. The small touches such as robes, a variety of tea and coffee as well as local magazines made it all the more personal. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk and the local coffee spot, another 5mins, with plenty of other amenities. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming again.

Pip and her husband were very friendly and met us on arrival, offered to help us with our luggage to the self contained beautiful, private accommodation at the rear of their property. All the little extras made such a difference, fresh sourdough, jam, butter, ground coffee and plunger, bowl of fruit and cookies, such hospitable hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and Pip and her husband were happy to give us local recommendations for the area and nearby places of interest. Such a beautiful garden and our dogs will be sad to leave, they have made themselves at home ! Stayed here and enjoyed the long weekend. Easy to commute to wherever you need and located nicely for our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. the location was excellent, walkable to town and the beach without the hustle and bustle of town. the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the best super comfy. we all had a bathroom, too! loved the pool for an afternoon dip. we will be booking for next year !

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home.  The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to book this place again. Enjoyable residence and great for large families. Great location if your planning trips to MovieWorld & Seaworld like we did. Also quick drive down to beach & local Broadwater Restaurants. Nothing really in walking distance, so be prepared to drive. Hosts were great & responsive, however there is a rental property at the front of the house that appeared tenanted while we were there, that wasn't explained, so took us a couple of days to work that someone was on the property with us. Overall, good stay with the family in lovely house.

If a carefree break sounds like your thing, cosy cottage will absolutely deliver. A point of difference was bathing on the balcony! Imagine soaking in a hot bath just footsteps from rainforest, the sounds of birds, a swift running creek, it was an experience I intend to do again!

Such a cute little cabin. Huge windows looking out to all the beautiful trees and surroundings. A little stream flowing at the back which sounds very peaceful. Beautiful deck and hammock we hung out on all night. We would definitely come back.

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
