Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Warm up in a Victorian 4-plex: Two

Located in a Victorian 4- Plex, built in 1911, for young professionals who need to use the trolley (where light rail is today), train ( local station was in Iris Park, 3 blocks) or work at local businesses. In 1996, with 11 days before the scheduled condemnation date, the building was saved, gutted and completely restored. Since then, the building has had continuous updates, with a Class A standing and outfitted was the my personal treasures, which I invite you to share in one of my Airbnbs!
